Structural Guarantee

1. Material Integrity

Titanium Optix guarantees that its products are manufactured using high-quality titanium materials and precision processes. All items are produced to meet durability and performance standards expected under normal use conditions.

2. Warranty Period

This Structural Guarantee is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. During this period, products are covered against manufacturing defects affecting structural integrity.

3. Scope of Coverage

This guarantee covers defects in materials or workmanship that result in structural failure under normal and intended use. Where a valid claim is confirmed, Titanium Optix will, at its discretion:

• Provide a replacement product, or
• Offer a suitable repair or solution, or
• Issue a refund where appropriate

4. Exclusions

This guarantee does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear, including minor surface marks or aging
• Cosmetic changes such as scratches, finish wear, or oxidation
• Damage caused by misuse, impact, or improper handling
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Use outside intended purpose or excessive mechanical stress

5. Claim Procedure

To submit a claim under this guarantee, you must contact us and provide:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photographic evidence showing the defect

We may require the product to be returned for inspection before confirming the claim.

6. Inspection and Resolution

All claims are subject to verification. If the defect is confirmed, we will proceed with an appropriate resolution. If the claim does not meet the conditions of this guarantee, the item may be returned to you without replacement or refund.

7. Limitation

This Structural Guarantee is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not cover indirect or consequential damages.
