Eyeglass Frames
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your eyeglass’s frames, you may return them, but you must return them within 7 days for a full refund. After 7 days, if you detect a manufacturing defect that is covered by our 12 months warranty, return the glasses to us and we will process the warrantee replacement. Warrantees are only supported by the manufacturer at their discretion, not by us.
Prescription glasses
We guarantee the quality of the frames and the accuracy of the prescription matching your provided documentation.
Perfect Lenses Guarantee:
If your lenses are not made perfectly to the prescription you give us, we will remake the glasses at no cost to you (one-time free redo).
If the frames are damaged in any way, or become damaged during the normal course of use, our standard 100% Money Back Guarantee will cover them. If your prescription has changed and is different from the document you submitted to us, we cannot be responsible for that correction. It is up to you to make sure the prescription you submit is up to date.
Important:
If you’re unhappy with how the glasses feel or fit, you can return the frames for a refund. However, please note that custom prescription lenses are non-refundable since they are tailored for each order. Instead, we can offer 50% of the lens value back as store credit.
Please note:
For the best fit in prescription eyewear, we highly recommend that you visit your optometrist to have custom fitted eyewear and lenses. We make no representations or warranties as to the fit and feel of the eyewear – each face is different! If you have particular bifocal needs, shopping for prescription glasses online may not be a great choice for you. We also recommend that you visit an optician or optometrist to test the fit of your new glasses after purchase – they may be able to make slight adjustments that can help the fit and usefulness of the product.
Reading Glasses
Reading glasses which include correction lenses that come directly from the manufacturer carry the same return policy as eyeglass frames. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your new reading glasses, you may return them, but you must return them within 7 days for a full refund. After 7 days, if you detect a manufacturing defect that is covered by our 12 months warranty, return the glasses to us and we will process the warrantee replacement. Warrantees are only supported by the manufacturer at their discretion, not by us.
Blue Light Blocking Glasses
Blue light blocking glasses which include blue light filtering lenses that come directly from the manufacturer carry the same return policy as eyeglass frames. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your blue light blocking glasses, you may return them, but you must return them within 7 days for a full refund. After 7 days, if you detect a manufacturing defect that is covered by our 12 months warranty, return the glasses to us and we will process the warrantee replacement. Sunglasses which include dark lenses that come directly from the manufacturer carry the same return policy as eyeglass frames. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your frames and lenses, you may return them, but you must return them within 7 days for a full refund. After 7 days, if you detect a manufacturing defect that is covered by our 12 months warranty, return the glasses to us and we will process the warrantee replacement. How to return eyewear
If you are not satisfied with your new eyewear, and you want to return them for a refund or replacement, please contact us by emailing at contact@titaniumoptix.com. Our friendly support team will assist you with every step of the process. Return shipping is processed in accordance with the terms set by the manufacturer.
Repackaging
Make sure the item is in perfect condition, the same as when you received it. All returned merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received. Please be sure to include all of the original material that titaniumoptix.com and the manufacturer sent with the merchandise. No collect shipments will be accepted and we do not pay for return fees. You send your return any method. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost in the mail on the way back to us. To speed up your refund process we recommend some form of shipping confirmation, carrier and tracking number.
Refund
Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. We kindly request your patience as the refund process may take approximately 2-3 weeks from the date of the return shipment for the credited amount to reflect in your account. Additionally, please be advised that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
In the event that your purchase was made using a gift card, e-gift card, or store credit, the refund will be issued to the original card that was utilized for the transaction.
