Shipping zone
We ship to the US (including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses), and to Canada, Australia, the European Union and many other countries throughout the world.
Delivery times
Upon confirmation of payment your order will be processed for shipment according to the following schedule:

Frames only: 2 to 5 business days

Prescription glasses: 6 to 12 business days
For international shipments, expect a 15-40 day delivery time to your address. A tracking code will be issued to the email you registered with. Once the item is in transit we cannot control the shipping time because it depends on the destination country’s handling and other factors, such as customs clearance, bad weather etc.
We will send you an email when your order is completed and shipped and you may review your order and shipping & handling information on your own account if you have registered.

Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 3 days from receipt of your order.
