As our standard option, we use MR8 1.60 High-Index lenses, which are thinner compared to standard CR-39, Trivex, or polycarbonate lenses. This makes them perfect for wire frames, semi-rimless, or rimless glasses, especially if minimizing thickness is important. For stronger prescriptions, higher index lenses are available for selection.

– 1.60 High-Index lenses are thinner than standard CR-39, Trivex, or polycarbonate lenses, making them ideal for wire frames, semi-rimless, or rimless glasses when thickness is a primary concern.
– High-index lenses are lighter, making glasses more durable and comfortable.
5. What is MR 8 High Refractive Index?
– MR-8 lenses are exceptional optical materials characterized by a high refractive index, high Abbe number, low specific gravity, and high impact resistance.

Additionally, we offer a 7-day refund policy for any reason. Should your lenses not align perfectly with your prescription, a free remake is available upon request. However, please note that custom prescription lenses are non-refundable since they are tailored for each order. Instead, we can offer 50% of the lens value back as store credit.

– Broken nosepad posts

- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your eyeglass’s frames, you may return them, but you must return them within 7 days for a full refund.
- After 7 days, if you detect a manufacturing defect that is covered by our 12 months warranty, return the glasses to us and we will process the warrantee replacement. Warrantees are only supported by the manufacturer at their discretion, not by us.
- If your lenses are not made perfectly to the prescription you give us, we will remake the glasses at no cost to you (one-time free redo).
- If you are not satisfied with the feel or fit of the glasses, we can refund the frames upon return. However, please note that custom prescription lenses, tailored for each order, cannot be refunded. Instead, we will provide a 50% refund of the lens value as store credit.
- For the best fit in prescription eyewear, we highly recommend that you visit your optometrist to have custom fitted eyewear and lenses.
- We ship to the US (including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses), and to Canada, Australia, the European Union and many other countries worldwide.
